Hey guys! Please let me know your new school availability as soon as possible (including start dates)--almost no one has. (E-mail the store at: str169@urbanoutfitters.com.) So this schedule is based off of all the information I have available. If you haven't given me your new availability, you're responsible for getting any conflicting shifts covered. If you have give me your new schedule and this conflicts, please let me know. Remember: all shift switches must be approved by a manager.

Hey Guys, welcome to January! The month of minimal payroll. However, our LY's are MORE than attainable due to snow storms from last year, so as long as we can make them days and then some, we will have more direct spending which means.... more hours! Hang in there with us. Few things to note on the past, present and future... Fran Lam! Fran came in number 3 in the WHOLE FRICKEN COMPANY with MPOS sales last week!! #killinit Fran landed the number 3 spot with 15 MPOS sales, get. it. girl. Keep it up! Next: Sadly, Thursday will be Joe's last day with us. He will be heading over to New Haven as their Men's Manager. Super exciting and very proud of him! Everyone wish him good luck and bring him in treats on his last day. Those of you heading back to school if you could let me know so I can write it down that would be great! Next: Mark your calendars, we got inventory... AGAIN next month! It's looking like inventory will be Feb 9th and 10th. I will need all hands(that are left) on deck for this per usual. This month is all about prepping and getting the store back under control after the craziness that was Holiday. Lasttttly, this Saturday the 9th we are having a FREE yoga class with a friend/fitness model/insta fitness celeb/personal trainer Tashion Hopkins. He will be coming in from NYC to teach an hour long free class from 11am to 12! With that we will be handing out free healthy snacks, infused waters, ect. Come get your zen on. I will be emailing you guys all the flyer, I would LOVE if you could help me promote this via your instagrams/facebooks/twitter/tinder/match.com whatever you use. Schedule 12.13-12.19.15

Heyyyy guys. So, please remember to keep the switching around to an absolute minimum (and ANY switches need to be approved by a manager.) Everyone has 4 or 5 days this week and each of those shifts is completely needed (check out those high LYs)...which means that there are very few opportunities for people to take a shift--it will have to be a switch (since no one can work more than 5 days in a week.)

Let me know if there's any issues and we'll work them out as best we can.

Just a reminder: December is our busiest time of year...that means try to keep your switching shifts to a minimum (it MUST be approved, you can't just tell us it's happening) and no weekend requests unless you've already cleared them with Ashley.
