Schedule 01.03-01.09.16.

Schedule 12.27.15-01.02.16

Schedule 12.20.15-12.26.15

If your availability has changed, please e-mail str169@urbanoutfitters.com. And remember: any switches have to be manager approved.

P.S. Darcie and Damian have already informed me they have a more open availability then I realized if people need coverage.

Schedule 12.13-12.19.15

Heyyyy guys. So, please remember to keep the switching around to an absolute minimum (and ANY switches need to be approved by a manager.) Everyone has 4 or 5 days this week and each of those shifts is completely needed (check out those high LYs)...which means that there are very few opportunities for people to take a shift--it will have to be a switch (since no one can work more than 5 days in a week.)

Let me know if there's any issues and we'll work them out as best we can.

--Devon

P.S. Reminder: Darcie has a 5-CL on Saturday that I forgot to put on here. If anyone is willing to switch her let us know!

P.P.S. E-mail the store (since the mgr e-mail is Ashley's and I can't see it) to let me know when your availabilities change ASAP, please! (And when your new ones start and what they are if you're in school.)

Schedule 12.6-12.11.15

UPDATE: OUR HOLIDAY PARTY IS GOING TO BE THURSDAY. DECEMBER 10TH, AT COLONY GRILL IN FAIRFIELD. GET YO SECRET SANTA A GIFT AND PICK A NAME IF YOU HAVEN'T YET AND THEN GET THAT PERSON A GIFT. COOL.

Hey guys, it's Devon. I'll be doing the schedule pretty often moving forward, so I should be able to help address any concerns. Just a reminder: December is our busiest time of year...that means try to keep your switching shifts to a minimum (it MUST be approved, you can't just tell us it's happening) and no weekend requests unless you've already cleared them with Ashley. Thank you!

Schedule 11.29.15-12.5.15

Happy Thanksgiving Everyoneeee! Thank you so much for all of your hard work over the last few weeks helping us prep for this week. All your hard work has most definitely been paying off and we appreciate you all very much. Here is the schedule for next week, it is officially Holiday season! Starting next weekend we will have extended hours Friday-Sunday. Next weekend it is just Saturday and Sunday, we will be open 9am-9pm Saturday and 10am-7pm on Sunday. As we get closer to Christmas we will be open a little later. Any questions comments concerns MGR169@urbanoutfitters.com

Schedule 11.22.15-11.28.17

Hey Guys, I apologize for the last minute posting of the schedule. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO switching shifts for next week! Next week kicks off our Holiday Season and it is extremely important that everyone is here and here for their scheduled shifts. THIS Sunday I will be having a new hire orientation, if you are scheduled 9-12 it is mandatory that you are here.

For Black Friday we will be doing a Holiday costume party! Don't forget to dress up as your favorite Holiday person, food, place, or thing. We will also be picking for our Secret Santa. We will be having a Holiday get together either Friday December 11th or the 18th, please let us know which would work best as we would love everyone there. Location is TBA, don't worry we won't go bowling again. We're thinking Bar Taco or some sort of restaurant/bar place where everyone can come.

Lastly please don't forget to sign up for the Black Friday potluck! There's only a few of us on there! We love treats, dips, pizza, anything. We will also need paper goods as well.

Any questions comments or concerns, let me know. MGR169@urbanoutfitters.com
