Hey Everyone- Just fair warning, February and March are going to be some pretty rough months as far as payroll and hours go. Typically these are our slowest months and they do tend to be a bit tight. I apologize ahead of time but everyone is looking at 2 days a week I am trying to be as fair as I can! Sorry guys!

Schedule 1/25-1/31
The last few weeks have been very request heavy. I am typically good with honoring all requests and approving all scheduling changes however it is not possible with the size of our current staff. How the request calendar works is the first 2 requests are typically guaranteed, the 3rd always depends on scheduling needs, anything over 3 at this current time I can not accept. Sorry Guys.

Schedule 1/11-1/117
A few things I do want to discuss/have been going over in my morning meetings:
Online returns- In 2 days I have pulled off over $3,000 in merchandise that had NO hard tag on it. That is absolutely insane. If you are on register you NEED to be processing these returns as you are getting them, go through the processing process with the customer there make it apart of your return so that you are making sure the item is getting properly tagged, sku'd and hard tagged, that will skip the whole sku finding process afterwards period and look at that no sku-less pain in the butt bins. We will be checking this rack every morning, if we find un-tagged merchandise the cashiers from the previous day will be written up for it.
Cashwrap/Fitting Room- The two areas in the store that give me the most anxiety. Now going into effect, cash wrap people-you are not to clock out/leave until your cash wrap is clean and clear of whatever hot mess you started during your shift. IF for some reason something does need to be left then there is to be directions and communication so that the following person can finish whatever runs, tickets, whatever you needed to be done and cleared for the next cashier. There is constantly WAY too much stuff left behind and no communication about it. If the openers come in and there are tons of things left from the day before, again the cashiers from the previous day will receive a write up. We will be auditing this as well as the bins at the cash wrap, it took me TWO HOURS to clear all the bins at the upstairs cash wrap, it was unreal. They are to stay as they are. NO product goes into these bins, nor does garbage. For the fitting room, like the cash wrap, you are responsible by the end of your shift to have no runs left behind, this means all runs not just clothing.
If you guys have any questions or concerns about anything come see me. Thanks!
